    Hello, my name is Sibylline ! I am a freelance illustrator and I run my own online store with my sister Apolline, who packs your orders and answer your emails !

    My sister and I are from France. We live in a small village in the French Alps and packages are sent via La Poste. It takes a few days for people at the post office in our little town to process all your orders ✉

  • Two hands

    Apolline is packing all orders by herself, which allows me to work on my projects and make new illustrations while she runs the store ! When I can't help her, packing orders can take up to a week. Thank you for your patience !

I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order, why ?

Your order confirmation might arrive in your spam folder. If not, feel free to let me know and I will send it again to you !

I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email, why ?

It can take up to 2 weeks to your order to be shipped. Apolline packs hundred of orders so it can take some time !

Where can I find my tracking number ?

I no longer offer tracking option in my shop, because packages still get lost. A tracking number is expensive and I don't want you to purchase one when I know it doesn't work better than regular shipping. There's no guarantee your package will arrive safe and sound, so I'd rather you to pay less !

When will my order be shipped ?

Apolline is packing hundred of orders by herself, so it can take time. Your order will be shipped within 2 weeks, thank you for your patience :)

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

France : 1 à 14 jours
Europe : 2 week to 3 weeks
World : 2 to 6 weeks

No worries, you will get a reply within 7 days. When Apolline is not busy packing orders, she answers emails on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. :)

Des taxes sont ajoutées à votre panier : c'est la TVA que je dois appliquer (malheureusement) et que je vais devoir reverser par la suite. Merci pour votre compréhension 🌼
